At Floral Notes, we insist on using only the best quality helium balloons in our store to ensure that you have the best possible experience. Our party range consists of latex, foil and bubble balloons, weights of different types, and table centres, scatters, confetti, and banners. We also have guest books for “18″, “21″, wedding and baby shower. If you have any special requirements ie large numbers or specific colours, they can be ordered in for you (usual turnaround time is 5 days).
